How do I use my cash-support balance?
The balance is applied automatically to items marked “Support eligible” in your cart; anything left over is paid in cash or by card on delivery. In this demo every new wallet starts with a 250 EGP test balance.
How long does delivery take?
Express delivery takes 35–60 minutes depending on your district and nearest outlet. You can also book a time window today or tomorrow.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is 15 EGP, free on orders from 250 EGP or with the free-delivery coupon. Picking up at the outlet is always free.
What if an item is out of stock?
At checkout you choose: replace it with something similar, call you first, or remove it. You never pay for anything you didn’t receive.
How do I track my order?
From “My orders” or the tracking page using your order number and mobile number. The status updates live from packing to hand-over.
Is paying by card safe?
Card payments are taken on delivery on the courier’s POS machine (Visa · Mastercard · Meeza). The site never asks for or stores card details.
